Be a Mess

Sometimes I actually want to be in my mess. I want to leave my mess of a house just that, a mess.

Walked by the suitcase that is still unpacked. I like it there...and I'm keeping it.

Forget gluten-free today. I'm having pizza.

Let's not be orderly.

To not be put together. Just for today.

To be fragile.

Just for today...let's be disorderly and sad.

Today, let's be a human Be-ing.

When you decide to clean. When you decide to clear space.

When you decide to breathe freshness and nourish yourself with whole foods.

When you decide your self-love looks different because your needs are different...you'll be a human being then, too.

Messy and orderly. Destructive and creative. Both at the same time. Both at alternate times.

Human,
give yourself permission to Be.
