Write Your Story

Write your story. Words that spontaneously appeared in my mind. Write my story? Such a strange thought. I didn't know what it meant. What story? And why?
(Listening) to stories is what I love.

I often think of myself as a story-listener rather than a storyteller. What good is a story without someone to listen to it? Yet, the thought persisted: Write your story.
Strange. But I obeyed...in the ways I knew. I journaled. Started a podcast with my cousin. To share healing through stories. To connect through stories. To love through stories.
Fast forward 2 years: I attend @glographics bootcamp. "How to build authority? Author is the foundation of the word AUTHORity," she says..."Write!"
You may portray different characters in others' narratives, yet you're the only one who can write yours.

Through our stories we grow. We learn. We evolve. We remember. Through our stories we connect. We challenge. We uplift. Write your story. It's never finished. You're ever-evolving. You'll always have something else to share. And yet, your story is worth hearing. Just as is. Your story is you. And the world deserves to hear you.

I've been writing my story on purpose for the past several months. Showing up. Over and over and over. Stories of growth, change, regrets. Stories and tools that past me may have benefited from knowing. Stories and tools that hopefully you might gain from.

Tools that helped my clients understand their own stories better.
I accepted the challenge of compiling my truth and created my first ebook. (If you're curious about the ebook, you can find more info on my IG stories.) Owning your story is power. Having the tools to discover your story is invaluable. We all have a story to share.

Write your story. Share your story. Your story matters and is needed.
